Mammy and Little Boy by Springs Cotton Mills

These dolls measure 16" and 9" tall. They are pancake dolls, with one piece for the front and one for the back; but they have extra pockets to applique over their printed pockets. The maker of these dolls added handkerchiefs to the pockets, and buttons for some extra interest. They were made by Springs Cotton Mills; the panel was not dated, but they were probably made in the '40s or '50s.

Strawberry Shortcake Characters - 1980-82

Springs Mills produced several panels to make cut-and-sew dolls of Strawberry Shortcake and her friends in the early 1980s.
